Scarlett joined Co-op in December 2021 having come from a supply-chain and logistics background. With five years’ experience across health and beauty, pharmacy, and now the grocery industry, Scarlett currently leads the last mile and customer operation at Co-op to guarantee a positive experience for customers and drive innovations across the company's third-party courier network. Co-op launched its own online shop in 2019, and has since expanded at pace, with an online offer now available from more than 2,000 of its stores in communities across the UK. In addition to its own online shop, Co-op delivers ‘quick convenience’ through strategic partnerships including with Starship Technologies, which sees autonomous robot deliveries in communities in Bedfordshire, Cambridge, Leeds, Milton Keynes and Northampton.
