Rachael is a well established leader,  with extensive experience building teams and establishing operating systems and business processes.  She has over 25 years experience in Pharma/ BioTech Operations in various roles from Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Technical roles.   Rachael has been with Akron BioTech as the General Manager and Head of Supply Chain for 1.5 years. She lives in Lake Worth, Fl with her husband Mike where she enjoys riding horses, the beach and traveling  while their children are both at Penn State.
