Marygrace Parker serves as the director of freight for The Eastern Transportation Coalition (TETC), a consortium of US state departments of transportation and related agencies from Maine to Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, and West Virginia. She collaborates with states and industry partners to address freight mobility, safety, and resiliency across state lines. Parker also directs the Freight Academy, an immersive program designed to enhance public sector staff’s understanding of the supply chain industry. Previously, she served as director of traffic management for the New York State Thruway Authority and as a sergeant-station commander with the New York State Police.
