Marygrace Parker serves as the Director, Freight for The Eastern Transportation Coalition (“TETC”) a consortium of state Department of Transportations and related agencies from Maine to Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky and West Virginia.  She works with states and industry partners to address freight mobility, safety, and resiliency across boundaries. She directs the Freight Academy, a unique immersion program to enhance understanding of the supply chain industry by public sector staff. She previously served as Director, Traffic Management with the New York State Thruway Authority and as a Sergeant-Station Commander with the New York State Police.
