Frank is a Senior Operations Executive with extensive experience in complex, fast-paced, and growth-oriented businesses ranging from midsized companies to multibillion-dollar enterprises specializing in leveraging logistics and supply chain management.  Currently an independent consultant serving MIC Food as a fractional Chief Supply Chain Officer, other firms as independent board advisor, board member and investor.  During his professional career, Frank worked in progressively responsible positions with top-tier logistics companies including United Parcel Service, Federal Express, DHL, and CS Integrated (subsidiary of Prologis).  More recently, Frank completed a 15-year career as the top logistics executive at the international retailer PriceSmart where during his tenure he guided scaling the global supply chain and logistics network to enable company growth by 4 times to over $4B in sales across 12 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean.
