Dhruval Shah is a technology innovation executive and advisor with extensive experience at AT&T. He led the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence and Generative AI Operations, overseeing AT&T’s robotics program and automation strategy. Since joining AT&T in 1996, Shah has held roles in customer service, network engineering, research, sales and technical marketing. Previously, he was director of strategic planning for platform investments, managing over $450 million. He also directed innovation, creating new products for AT&T's major global bid. He serves on national non-profit boards, has received Presidential Volunteer Service Awards and is part of the National Disaster Recovery team.
